redownload the cache, try another browser, update java or reinstall java
does the dl cleint not work?
im ip banned i tried to get on with 2 different laptops but when i changed ips to my dads router i can get on

Hmmm, I didn't ban you. It's possible the DDOS firewall may have blocked your IP for some time. You could try a VPN like spotflux and see if it works then. It should resolve itself eventually.

I had this problem too though it was fixed by redownloading the client altogether.
