srry for the late reply, im kind of busy at time, its the character prussia from hetalia axis powers. though in this picture hes the fan version, nazi prussia, oh and im thinking of changing it to another character, his younger bro, nazi germany, what do u think? the picture is below. hes kind of my favorite character, as he resembles me the most, both in looks and personality.
