Okay i don't think i can send PM's Anymore. anytime i send a pm no one answers me. i wondered why and then i went to my sent items and it says not sent??? does that mean that it isn't sent or something? anyone else having this problem?

Same thing happens for me. Pretty sure it's just some error with the forums.
It's normal, it happens to everyone, the people you sent it to did receive the message, they're probably just ignoring you.
