Does anyone know of any way to possibly load the .jar Clint off a cellphone? I have pc anymore (broke about 2 years ago) and would really love to be able to log in and play but after months of trying everything I can find I'm stumped

I use to be able to play using an app called always on pc but the cloud servers for it have been taken offline sadly. I will keep trying to figure it out but I feel like iv hit a wall, might just save up for a new laptop I miss being able to just come on and chill skilling and making glorys of corse haha
So something I've been working on in secret for a few days now is a new framework that's capable of loading any revision of runescape, as I'm writing my own packet system to process the packets.
While learning this, I also plan to learn how to create a true 317 mobile client so we can finally have 317 mobile. If this does manage to come to fruition, you may have the possibility to play Rune2006 on mobile truly.
I'm trying to create a final few projects before I leave the development of Runescape stuff behind me for good. I want to see change in this scene that is greatly needed. Hopefully I can help create some new playability for the server with having a mobile client available for here.
