I was wondering if anyone knows how to get flash player on the kindle fire so I can use the xat. I understand it is enabled on the older ones, but not on the newer one (which I have)

I think flash decided to stop supporting mobile devices and will be focusing on windows and mac, and a little on linux too but just basic for them... They stopped updating flash for android at version 4.0 Or so.

Dang man... you should develop a xat app :o

THose already exist actually, however it's text only

Search for the Puffin web browser, it plays flash files and games on web... I have it on my iPhone

Sadly they don't have that on the kindle but the m.xat.com works so no worries
