Process step
1. Unloading pre-forging, the forging material is fully forged to ensure sufficient internal deformation.
2. Punch the workpiece and perforate it to obtain the initial "ring" shape required for the ring rolling process.
3. The blank is prefabricated and ready to be placed on a ring rolling mill for rolling.
4. The ring rolling process begins and pressure is applied to the preform to deform.
5. As the continuous pressure decreases the wall thickness, the ring diameter increases. The axial scrolling controls the height of the ring rolling.
6. The process continues until the desired size shape is reached.
