Not official.
But I like Niko's idea of a CC. I don't think adding a new tab to the interface would look pretty so maybe just a command like "/join ccname" and you enter the chat, and can talk normally like you would in a normal clan chat.

Agreed clan chat would definitely clean up yell when we got more people
