An inactive staff adds to make these situations possible.
If the staff would be more active, ppl wouldn't risk it. It's pretty obvious some people have to realise there are rules to follow for a reason, no matter what their opinion is.

--side note-- it was in public, and only a flame to one person, nobody else was distracted. Also, no new players could see it on yell, so the only thing I hurt is Iokil's feelings. Sorry buddy but sometimes people flame because it's fun.
