Oh well.This slipped my radar because it's not posted under guides. I remember searching through that entire sub-forum before deciding to start my own guide.

Not working:

1) can't access the varrock lumber yard (gurtrude's cat place) as the jump over fence feature preforms the animation, but you don't move; this could easily be fixed by removing the fence allowing you to walk in and search the crate.
