I'd say it's pretty well done. The only issue I have with it is the text. It's kinda difficult to read black text on that blue background though. Anyways, Luffy makes it 100% better. ^^

Don't like the top of his head, text is too dark, can't even read it. Overall 6/10

The design is beautiful! I also love the black test on blue, that really gives it a mystic feeling! If you ever decide to make one that directly shows the text clearly I suggest green on blue. But really, it doesn't have to be all clear because IMO the mystic feeling you create with this is fantastic!
