You can also do earth runes from 9-44
EDIT: The reason why you do earth is 1- save money on dueling rings
2- Faster trip if you do not have or afford dueling rings

You dont need dueling rings. you type ::home, bank, ::home, run to alkarid, alch, ::home, repeat. That's how i did it.
