Well after mining 1k copper I guesss uncut gems do not drop while mining period... shame.. would make mining the next 1k tin more worthwhile.
Also I received the swarm random event but it neither moved nor attacked me.

It doesn't really matter because you don't really need it. Say in like 1k copper you would only get 10 gems. big deal, kill skeletons and get 10 gems in 10 minutes.. seriously.
EDIT: He will fix it, just that it will probably be later on because there are things more urgent than that yo get fixed.
