When i try to log in it says "error connecting to server". please help

try uninstalling Java and reinstall it, if that doesn't work run a virus scan, sometimes viruses tinker with Java and other programs. Hope it helps, and the server might be down if both the options I told you don't work just wait the server is probably just down for a few

Many people have been getting this problem, to resolve it they used Spotflux, I believe.

Most of the times it either means you typed a wrong password or simply can't connect.
But you can always use spotflux as well of course.
