His friend died, and my friend and I picked up his items, because dropped stuff is fair game.

The mutes were short. However if this were to happen again, the punishment will be much more severe.

As you can see I am Napkin. Just want to throw out these are taken wildly out of context, and that 4/5 times the swearing was a joke with my friend HouseOfNifty. That being said it's no big deal I can make due with a three hour ban. HOWEVER, this guy, Trade, and his friend have been following us around for a good half an hour, annoying us. They JUST stopped now. I don't really care, I just wanted to let everyone know what was up. Thanks - Napkin

Micah abuse power. You didn't even ask the other side of the story. Now I'm not saying that he shouldn't be muted for that kind of language but I'm saying you should have asked napkin. Clearly they were trying to follow napkin around and provoke it. I say swearing should be allowed between two people such as napkin said. Him and his friend.

If he swore then he broke a rule, it doesn't matter if it was provoked and or a joke. If someone can't control themselves from simply not typing letters on their keyboard then they should just ignore them. If they swore at Napkin then they'd be muted as well, but they didn't swear.

All of the pictures weren't between Napkin and his friend. They were all directed towards us, except for the two where he told us he was going to go to the bathroom, and steal from some Female Warriors. We weren't trying to provoke him, nor annoy him, we were following him around attempting to negotiate a price for the items we had taken, as both Napkin, and, HouseOfNifty, said they'd buy all of the items back from us. However, whenever we tried to say "Hi", to attempt to get his attention, he would either tell us off, or ignore us.
Regardless of whether or not it was spoken directly to us, or to his friend, offensive language is still offensive language. Cursing and racial slurs shouldn't really be a common thing in game. What kind of rep would that set for the server, and, the staff?

Nowhere is it 'clear' that they followed Napkin around and provoked him. I don't see any proof, so why should anybody believe that's what happened?

If you're actually serious about enforcing that ridiculous rule you'd have to ban half the server. Why was the censor removed if we aren't permitted to swear?

Whether you choose to believe it or not, cursing is very common in games. The only kind of rep it would set is that we can't handle a few insults because we just can't ignore it.
