I Henning B think that you should re-enable negative rep, because rep should be a easy method for people to spot who is respectable/trust-worthy.

Yes! I actually wondered why we don't have negative rep when I first joined. I think this is a good idea.

I think that's not a good idea, because when there's a controversial topic, there's obviously going to be two sides. People who disagree could just give another person negative rep, and that's stupid.
