coding a rsps on android - galaxycore 2 - 10-23-2013 08:38 AM
so i have decided to start coding a rsps [runescape private server]
on my phone i have a couple of friends helping me that are good coders
we will be using aide a android app that is a java based code to make games and apps [ this will be like a pokemon kinda game mixed with runescape classic so walking running and talking to npcs will be like a pokemon game but fighting will be like runescape classic fighting]
by the way its going to be a single player thing here until i make servers and blah blah blah
so far this is what we have added
this took us a easy 4 months to do sadly..
-lumbridge

-added shop npcs [ no sprites yet ]
-added goblins
-added main player sprite [ made the sprite ]
-added bronze-addament armor and weapons
-added strength, attack, and def
-smithing to make armor

-firemaking
-range
-magic [ only 24 spells added so far ]
-varrock
-varrock shops and npcs [ no sprites ]
-falador[base ground floor]
-edgevill [ no wild ]
-oziach [npc no shop]
-main gui [inventory]
-skills menu gui
-save menu gui
-settings menu gui

we test after every update
this will most likely be in the android store in like 1 year to be honest here...

the game itself isnt really stable yet =\ but the game will cost 2$ in the store cause my friends do it for money. i on the other hand will give it to all the rune2006 members for free =)!! we will just have wait, sorry churro

For some reason the text comes out fuzzy when I screenshot it...
And here is some of the game on my really crappy laptop..
If you want more media pictures just ask
And its on my computer cause most of the coding is easier there then on a android touch keyboard so all move the code to the app when I'm done then make the app..
