SOOOOOOO many players have trouble getting places or think they have to walk a lot so I'll help out.
Camelot/Ardounge/Catherby/Relleka: Go to Al Kharid and talk to the gnome pilot near the glider. Next click on the tree. Talk to the gnome pilot right next to you and then go to the mountain. Walk west from where you land. The first city you find is Catherby. Follow the road and you'll be in Camelot. At the fork in the road if you go north is Relleka west is Ardounge at the end of the path.
Canifis: Do the same thing until clicking on the mountain. Instead go to the city on the right side of the map. This is Varrock. You will land on the west side of the fence that separates Varrock from Canifis. Go North-East from where you land and you'll be on the path to the temple. Go north from the temple and go inside the dungeon. Go to the very end of the dungeon and pass through the "holy barrier" and you'll be in canifis.
