Zahur in Nardah not shure if she is coded quite yet but because herblore at the moment is a slow training skill I think the use of this npc to identify herbs would be very useful.
She was added into the game december 5th 2005 so she already exists by 2006 if that helps any

I support but I don't know if I would use her. I feel I would just bank unids until I had the level to use them.
