I don't know, but it seems pretty barren in big places like Varrock. There aren't any drop parties and no people shouting to sell things. Also, what happened to the general stores?
Everybody used to sell lots of items and people would freak out at the occasional rune, whats up with that?

Not enough players, plus ::yell is more convenient to use to sell/buy items
