Well you'll need to give more information then "I can't get on" Tell us what kind of error you're getting.

It says No response from server. Please try using a different world.

Things to try -
1.Update your Java
2.Remove the cache named ".Rune2006v2" by going to C:\Users\ComputerName.
3.Flush your DNS by going into your CMD as admin and typing "Ipconfig /flushdns".
4.Download Spotflux and trying logging into game with it on.
