we could make it spawn on the first year anniversary, then the next day, plural could close the server, win win for every1, save many hours of people lives, and get rid of the "UPDAT PLS PLURL"
(if this were to be done, make a command optional for locking exp, and one for setting levels

1- Server is not shutting down anytime soon, according to Plural
2- No, it will just make all of our stats useless
