So im not sure if there is a way to get a law talisman you obtain it from a quest but obviously that's not possible right now so maybe make a way to obtain one? as im on my quest for high runecrafting another thing that could be good is adding a faster way to make nat runes as right now walking from draynor bank taking a boat to karamja then walking for 6mins to get to altar or going to the tzhar cave is about 100runes an hour so if theres anything you can do on that would be awesome

monsters law talismans.
they're untradeable items so you'll have to get one yourself by killing monsters.
i think i got one from the varrock guards

as for a faster way to craft law runes, get your craft up to make glory ammys :\ its the only way i think..

only fast way is having charged glorys which is hard to get/ hard to charge because u need to do heros quest
