Hello,
I got a clue scroll drop, and it said i have to dig somewhere in miscellania,
However after the long journey to relleka, the sailor isn't teleporting me to miscellania. If you can make that happen, i'd be grateful

try talking to the other guys a little bit north of the sailor

I did, Theres a dude that teleports to waterbith island, On runescape the sailor usually teleports.
