my clue scroll says 20 degrees 7 minutes north 18 degrees 33 minutes east, but when i went there at the hobogoblins area, it was lvl 31 wildy and the spot was not correct (right above the bandit camp). any help?suggestions?bugss???

Go to the exact same spot he does.
You don't need the sextant, watch, or chart. Just a spade.
I did try this however it DID NOT WORK. Same with Mrbyrdie who helped me out. Don't waste your time, I know it sucks.
