Look it as a Singleplayer Runescape, you just cant buy stuff from other players/GE. He has to get it himself + he can buy from shops because they are NPC's which is a part of the game.

I haven't updated in awhile here so i guess ill show a picture of the acc today. Very minor skilling this week since i'm no longer on break. On the plus side i got 60 def and a dragon defender =D no banking is a great experience i think everyone should try it!

You could do some quests get some early farming levels (to 37(?)):
The goblin part of RFD*
Fairy Tale Part I*
Forgettable tale of a drunken dwarf (requires 17 farming)
Garden of Trenquillity (Requires 25)
Enlightened Journey (30)
My Arms Big Adventure (35)

*You can swap them if you need to.
That'll get you some farming xp.

Update on what i've been doing recently on my ultimate.

Only need the spear now then it's on to getting 85 slayer

I've gotten 2 guthans helms, 2 skirts and 1 body.

I'll be doing edgars ruse later and working on more quests for farming to get my black mask for the slayer helmet.

Minor skilling too, i got 66 cooking to get dragon gloves in rfd and a bit more
