Your Favorite Windows Operating System

Windows 7 by far.

Windows 8 I hear has many issues dealing with its style involving 'tablet-like' interfaces and a lack of flexibility.

Compared to older windows, Windows 7 simply improves upon the other OSes such as Vista and XP, with new features and an awesome styling of the start bar, general look and theme, and is quite flexible.

THOUGH! Though, Windows XP may out-perform Windows 7 in terms of how much memory it consumes, for example one who is trying heavy programs such as Battlefield 3 on an older computer may not be able to do it on Windows 7 but still be able to do it on Windows XP because of the free memory.

I don't like Windows 8 layout. Window 7 all da way!

I like windows 7 but I grew up with xp, and win 8 isn't bad on the tablets I vote xp

well, it really depends if you talking about for its day, or if having like all the operating systems nowadays, in its day, windows XP was amazing imo.. but comparing with windows 7, of corse, windows 7 gets my vote, but if we are talking about improvements compared to previous models, id have to go XP

PPS: Linux is way better then all of the options though!

I feel like Windows 7 is a really good balance of aesthetics and practicality, so it gets my vote.
