I generally prefer videos without webcam. It's your choice though, your videos.

It depends mate. If you're doing say a funny video where emotions should be conveyed, then definitely a webcam. Otherwise, you don't really need it. It's your choice mate, what're your comfortable with.

Heh, webcam is stupid because you're showing yourself off to eveyone on youtube looking at your videos. I recommend getting your channel really popular then do webcam
