I don'y believe there are any dogs in the game but I've gotten the slayer task to kill 200+ of them. I suggest they are put in the game sometime soon and if they're already in can someone tell me where they are.

There's one in ardougne north of the castle.

There's also wild dogs in brimhaven dungeon, they also count for your slayer task and are better exp than regular dogs.
