It could be coded and probably is as most items are, it's simple just when it's used on an anvil it checks for the other plays and animation, a delay and then deleted them and gives the shield, which is coded for sure. Just legend guild door doesn't work, the shop probably doesn't unless it's a true rsps source, and not built from a clean.
