Plural's TODO List

Hello there players,
In the last few weeks I had exam period, but those times are now finally over. I've seen people are really craving to get their most desired updates done. The issue is though, a lot of people want a lot of different things done. Some ideas are big, some are small.

So now that I may be able to get some work done, I would like to assemble a to-do list with you all.
You can submit your ideas in the following format:

Although I believe most bugs have been worked out by now (this source was played by thousands of players at a time before without alot of problems). If you find something that could have a rather unpleasant effect on the game please report it straight to me using the forum PM system.

Fix slayer drops is the most needed right now. Whips aren't in drop table, and should be with a droprate of 1/512 (this was confirmed by Jagex, I think in a Q&A). There are apparently several other high level slayer drops not in the droptable as well. And the ones that are there are completely messed up as far as droprate goes. Boot drops are supposed to be fairly common, not 1 in 5000 or whatever god-awful rate it is now. Also it seems mystic and other drops need to be tweaked. This won't be difficult, as it doesn't really need to be tested. Thank you.

Most wanted fixes/changes:

Add all rare drops for slayer monsters such as,
Abyssal demons - whips.
Nechryaels - Rune boots.
Gargoyles - Adamant boots and Granite mauls.
Dust devil - Dragon chainbody.
Give verac armour prayer bonus as it should be in Runescape.
( Helm +3, Brassard +5, Plateskirt +4 and flail +6 )

I don't really have a least wanted list because any kind of update would be awesome.

Add the Heroe's guild shop with the dragon weapons.
Add the Right shield half, so we can finally make some dragon sq shields.
Add the shop with the god books.

I hope i put everything in the good section, when i come up with more i'll just edit it.

Could you please work using the format though?
You can document why things are important under each section. Makes it a lot easier to go through. As I expected a lot of posts on here.

Most wanted fixes/changes:

1. dwarven mine pick shop. (it might be coded now idk)
2. the glider system is broken, when you're at al kharid it thinks you're at white wolf mountain.
3. redberry bushes below varrock.
4. a more complete fishing system like the trawler.
5. in the cooks assistant quest, your character says one of the cooks quotes if you talk to him again after you've completed it.
6. we need a more complete cooking system.

these are just thing that need to be fixed or coded.

-Making bronze darts have their normal strength and not rune dart(or even better).
-Fixing alch values on green dragon hide vambs and chaps.
-Lowering skeleton clue rate drop(and they shouldn't be lv3 i think).
-Less gem drops from monsters, too high atm.
-Magic Bonus (3 i think) for all the wizard hats including gnome.
-Removing or fixing the broken clue scrolls.
-Obsidian Mace drop rate fixed, far too common now.
-Charged Glory not having 0 value so you always lose when you die.
-Adamant med helm and Steel axe shouldn't be 1gp in shop.

-As many F2p quests as possible.
-Mage bank(with shop + bank) + God spells (doesnt have to be the minigame)
-NPC's in Canifis, Yanille, Port Phasmytus.
-Climbing boots for a small ammount of cash.
-Multi-cast on Bursts/barrages
-Heroes guild Shop/Legends guild Shop/Halberd Shop(move away from lletya at the moment).
-You shouldn't be able to range/mage over the crypts in Barrows.
-In Barrows prayer should be drained while down in the crypts.
-Fixing Private chat Off/Friends.
-Ability to get pouches in Abyss
-God Books
-Ancient staff for 80k at the desert mirrors.
-At Tai Bwo Wannai you should be able to get broodo masks and snakeskin.
-Removal of Home teleport(wasnt in 2006)
-Ability to make Studded armour
-All Dragons should shoot dragonfire
-Ability to get Gems from mining.
-More random events!
-Big net fishing giving things like casket ect

In all seriousness it would be nice to have a spoiler tag on the forums, and i'm up for any of the above updates to be ingame.

Barrow item reward rate it should be 1/16
Amulet of glory uncharged and (4) need their prayer bonus added, all the other variations have the correct bonus.
Remove clue scrolls level 3 from skeletons
Fix anti-dragon shield. It does not protect against dragon breath
Add dragon breath to green dragon's attacks
Tweak the Tztok-ket-em drop rate from tzhaar creatures they should also be tradeable and alchable but I'm not sure about alching, theres people with over 400 of those :/. Also tweak the drop rate for all the other tzhaar items, and make Tztok-ket-xil tradeable.
Tweak the drop rate for uncut gems. Seriously I could easily get over 1.5k uncuts per day from bloodvelds.
Fix the exp for many of the fletching skill items
Fix moss giant's and hellhound max hit and hit rate, I got 95 str at moss giants and I didn't need a single lobster.
Moss giants drop rare drop table items WAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYY too often, I've gathered over 60 shield left halves over 70 dragon spears at elast 30 uncut dstones 10 cut dstones and around 15 cristal keys from training there - bank made.
Crumble undead spell gives 90 exp per cast without damage modifiers. pls fix after im done using my 10k chaos runes <3
Bloodveld's max hit is 1 higher than what it should be
Fix antifire potion
Limpwurt seeds only give 1 limpwurt root instead of 3
Snape grass spawns at Waterbirth Island [VERY IMPORTANT FOR HERBLORE]

Properly coding the barrows minigame especially the monsters in the chest dungeon (Ill post a pic explaining why)
Implementing private chat options - friends, off. Sometimes people are getting spammed to get out of the server or kill themselves or trolled to death, or just want to be a skilling ghost who nobody ever knows they are grinding their behind off.
