Promote a new forum mod.

I don't think that the community is solely comprised of people who come from one of his previous servers so the final criterion for your "forum mod" would be irrelevant... This should have been obvious to you when you realized that there isn't anyone who can fulfill your "requirements."

Although it is clear that Plural could use help with staff issues both in game and on the forums, I think that he's running it pretty well on his own.

Furthermore, I don't think that being 'old enough' is a legitimate criterion either considering the fact anyone can move posts and work with Plural... Being older tends to be a common trait that is seen among outstanding staff but that doesn't mean that it should be a requirement.

The 3 months isn't needed but Plural wouldn't pick a new player, and to be frank, most of you new players are obnoxious and start arguments all the time, so stop trying to act so cocky.

Well quite frankly I'm not at all interested in arguing with you, by posting in the suggestion thread you are looking for a discussion... I proved large flaws in your post and it appears as though you don't have any response to them. Take it with a grain of salt or don't. If you have problems with me, PM me.
