Pretty damn snazzy. I can only think of one thing that'll make it better, change the cap to a party hat, red or blue would probably work best. Once you do that, we'll all be grovelling in awe.

No, not too bad. I'd suggest making the Santa hat a bit smaller like you did with the cap. It'll make the head look bigger and creature more realistic. Hope this helps
