Indeed.

If someone scams another person it leads to a whole bunch of problems, therefore wasting a staff members time sorting them out.

well, i guess only people plural approve should be able to dice. So he can make a list and tell everyone that these are the trusted dicers/gamblers and if you go to anyone else then it's your problemo. Tongue
