first part about str training is getting a weapon, if you have just started i recommend a bronze-iron scim if your a higher attack use the weapon that fits your attack level, anyway once you get the proper armor and weapons you don't want to forget food if your a lower level player use cooked meat till you hit 30-40 hp then lobsters
1-20 str cows by lumbridge 20-30 str hill giants, edgeville dungeon 30-50 str rock crabs, relleka 50-60 str lesser demons [ if you can't fight them do rock crabs ] 60-70 str green dragons [if you can't fight them do lesser demons ] thats what i did to get to 70 str hope you liked it =) the wilderness Ultimate Ironman on osrs |
