Log in trouble

I changed my password, still nothing. I also tried on a different computer, and I can't log in still. On my other computer the desktop launcher doesn't open, and I cannot get onto Rune2006.com/play. Says there is a network error. I tried using system restore to a point where it was still working, and it still didn't work. So now I can't open the client, or go to the web client, and I am still unable to log in... I have no idea what happened lol.
