On the ::yell note, I think if a total level cap is implemented, I think it should be like 300 or so total level, mainly because it doesn't alienate new players and (heaven forbid) we get players who focus mainly on combat or hardly skill, it'll be next to impossible to get. Another issue I see with a high requirement on the yell would promote advertisements abroad..

If you ask me Varrok should be the trade Center of the world, between the square and the West Bank (nearest barbarian village) although I'm definitely open to falador. Again I'd want to make it easier for newbies to jump into the economy.


Customs degrade the quality of vanilla 2006, but are enjoyable at the same time in moderation.. Just my thoughts.
