Moderators do nothing but mute. With a server this small moderators aren't necessary. 1 is the max there should and if they are chosen they must be active which can be hard if they have priorities. I don't like to blow my horn but I have been moderator on 4 serves and I legitimately did nothing. The only thing I could do was mute and force random for bots (which was fun, but I never used it in a situation). I think people need to understand that player moderators are identical to regular players. Runescape only added them because the player base was so high that jagex could not sustain. I think with a larger player base webcam consider player mods but as of now there really should let be any. Just my opinio.
