Reporting "str very low" and "braver".

Some players do not respond to me anytime anywhere, I always give them 90 seconds to respond to me as that is what the rules say.
However, Str Very Low and Braver did not respond to me.
When i kicked them out they logged back in after 1-12 seconds and they still did not answer me after that.

I am not going to post the 2 video's i made on the forums due to my privacy.
I only ask to Plural to add me on Skype.
