what is the xp rate? 1x, sometimes there's a rare and I mean very rare event that XP will be 1.5, but it happened 1 time only atm.

is the serevr online or offline? It's only 24/7

is this legit?(not like 2006scape) Yes, very legit, with a good owner.

are there quests?(all of them) Not yet. No quest atm, but take note that this is still beta.

will the game be glitch free(no glitches nor bugs) there's still a lot of glitches/bugs, but it's still beta.

how many unique ips(no. of different players are registered here)? Thousands.

will the stats get reset in the final version (i hope so) No resets on final version, there will be no reset on this server ever!

will tutorail island be present in the final version? Tutorial island will be up before final version I think, but keep in mind that there is tutorial island.
