Hmm, here's some things to try: (Though this may be a problem with the server itself.)

Delete, and re-download your cache.
Make sure your Java is up to date.
Uninstall / re-install Java.
Flush your DNS (http://www.whatsmydns.net/flush-dns.html) (http://www.wikihow.com/Flush-DNS)
Try the download client AND webclient.
