[GRAPHIC] Police arrest man for filming raid, then shoot his dog in front of him

Yeah ik the officer shot him because the saw him as a threat but this never would of happened if they didn't hand cuff the man in the first place, he was not doing anything illegal. He could of calmed the dog down and it never would of happened.
