Can't Get on

Okey so since there is no thread for posting complaints/bugs I'm posting this here.

So today I found a link to this site from my friend, I registered a account and validated it with my email. I log in and everything is fine, when I go afk for just a few minutes the game logs me off. I try relogging, about 10 times, error messages every try... so today I've tried emptying my cache I tried 'Disc Cleanup' I've tried reinstalling, flushing my dns. Nothing worked I even talked to two mods, they had no clue what was going on.

I'd like some help cause i want to play. My only theory for me not being able to get on is that I'm living in Brazil. But then again that theory doesn't make to much sense considering I've been able to log on ONCE.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help me I'd love to be part of this community and play the game thanks.
