Re-Adding Yell

Add ::yell for now and maybe remove it if the server gets big...
Just my 2 cents...

You should add yell now atm, becuse of its like 20+ players online its pretty hard to chat / sell to other players ; dizzy97

I think yell should be removed when the server hit 40-50 or more players because it will be spammed.
As the alot of people cry that everything should be like runescape.. There was no yell in runescape.
I personally only like yell for a little bit, i dont use it to often, i would like a timer so there wont be to much spamm.

• Alot people rage at each other from the littlest things. my part
• More players = more chat.
• Unwanted sayings (Dupe dp, glitch invite, etc..)
  

If return, how to improve ::yell

• No other website advertising (let youtube links allowed)
• 5-15 second yell timer.(Goes higher the more players we gain)
• Maybe, promote some player moderators so they can check.
  

Their are many advantages and disadvantages.
I rather think ::yell should be back but also what i stated in If return, how to improve ::yell. It would make the community much better and what not. It will also boost the economy and forums so players can sell buy trade!

I think yell should be back but with NO ADVERTISING if you want to advertise your stuff than go do it somewhere besides global chat, I dont feel like reading your youtube addresses every 15 minutes

Please, remove this yell. It's terrible what's going on...all little kids are arguing there and crying...it's hard to play it's very anoying.

I'd like to say much more, but my english isn't so good..
