Need help with membership on x13

I haven't received my premium status on the 13x remake. It's been a week now since I donated I'm hoping I get it soon :l

Paypal is still blocked, after 2 months it still seems paypal is ignoring me(although the only reason they seem to block it is that I forgot the exact answer to my questions). I tried to contact them with an email a few times but it basically tells me that I need to register the account, which I already did. I have no way to check atm if the balance was added, or I'm unsure if I'll ever be able to see any of the money on the account again. I'll add you to members though
