It.. most likely is. However, since this is right after Doyoy's first post it looks like he was replying to somebody. I can't really judge since the person who posted deleted their reply.

he started saying bad stuff about me so i replied with swearing. I've been here longer most and i can say what i want. I joked about the server being dead a couple of times now all i ever did was "be negative"
