Rune2006 Chat Program

As I learn more and more vb coding, everyday, I have finally learned how to use sockets. I am going to create a Rune2006 Chat program where it consists of the following ideas:

1)Chatting with real people.
2)Sending files.
3)Rune2006 background
4)buttons that have to do with rune2006
5)Staff
6)Proper login
7)Proper muting + banning ips.(worth an attempt)

This is my third project, second to be announced soon. I will post updates and all that good stuff everyday, or 2.

Well we have xat.com/namakaz and it works perfectly? we have to wait to see how pro your chatting program is before we use it, but it's unlikely because this is your only third proj. and people aren't really expecting you to make it good with no bugs and shit.
