I deleted the ability to give negative rep. This only encourages fights. Reputation is supposed to be something you give when someone did something good for you, not when you are mad at someone. It is to show the postive things you did for someone. If abuse is done it should just be reported but that doesn't mean the person should get negative reputation. If they do get a penalty, then that is my decision to make and not the decision of the user.

reputation is a two way street just like in real life, you can have a good reputation, or your can have a bad reputation. It's how the community views you and that should not be taken away.

Leave it the way it is, The people who are receiving negative rep are getting that for a reason.
