How could one be able to obtain a dragon square shield here anyways?

once apon a time someone tricked plural into spawning the guy who sells it and there was atleast 5 brought into the game, so it's as rare, if not rarer than a whip.
Edit: (so iv been told that is could have been a lie but there is d sq's ingame

I can hardly imagine that Plural would do such a foolish thing, I hope it's not true.

iv seen the d-squares ingame there is atleast 3 i know of, and it had to of been the case or he just gave them away (i can see the other thing happening over him giving them out iv herd he won't give out much all i know that was spawned is a dragon chain) i believe it was he was tricked myself it makes sense because the npc isn't at the legend's guild so i can't see it happening any other way
