Updating the front page

Long story short, it was laughed at while I was trying to advertise in an rsps-advert chat. If we want more people we should look more presentable. I think it just needs some touch-ups (adding text where it says 'picture header/picture description', for example).

Fully support this thread. Make it more like a old runescape looks or same looks like the forums

I didn't notice this at first but I just took a look at it. I like that homepage way more than the current one. Maybe the background could be changed but other than that it looks great!

Muhv, that's awesome. Although a few adjustments could be made such as the background and what not. It does look very good but the background makes it look like a website for a kids toy store or something XD (Just constructive criticism btw.)

It looks good, but I'd like to point out a *grammar error (not saying your english sucks). On the top menu, thing, on the right, it should say Report A Bug. Not Report Bug.
