cant login or connect URGENT

i also posted this in support

I am not able to login to the jar client it will say no response from server please use a different world... and with the webclient it will say error connecting to server.

i played last night and then went to bed and when i woke up i couldnt log on

please help

Are you still having this issue?
I suggest a few things:

1)Delete the cache files --> Found in your c:/users/YOURNAME/.Rune2006V2

When did this start happening, did you rrestart your computer since?
Was teh password you entered accurate?

1) you might been hacked and the hacker changed your password
2) you have logged in with the wrong username/password
3) you havent created the account yet
4) your not on the website
